Ensure your item is in its original packaging with all tags attached, and has not been worn, cut, or altered in any way.

Request an RMA

Log into your account or contact our customer care team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and a pre-paid shipping label.

Pack and Ship

Carefully place the hairpiece in its original box, include your packing slip, and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
